Monserrat Alcázar is a Digital Technology Program Manager, GE CoreTech & Cyber at General Electric since 2018. There she has worked in the SAM Program development, providing strategic approaches on scope expansion and consolidation. She created the right partnerships with different stakeholders within sourcing, finance, and software governance teams from 8+ different GE businesses, and collaborated towards the implementation of the Industry Standard SAM process framework (ISO 19770) in her role as Agile transformation leader for Global Customer Support Services at GE. Monserrat holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering from the Tecnológico de Monterrey University, as well as a Master Degree in Governing the Large Metropolis from Sciences Po Paris.
