I’ve spent over 25 years at Toyota Motor North America, where I’ve worn many hats—far beyond my current title of Director, Software and Hardware Asset Management. I specialize in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) governance, with extensive leadership experience across the full ITAM spectrum, including vendor licensing, lifecycle management, procurement, and strategic sourcing.

I have led the national implementation of SAM and HAM programs, developed audit defense strategies, directed ServiceNow platform governance (SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery), and collaborated closely with Procurement, Legal, InfoSec, and Finance teams to align ITAM operations with business goals. Throughout my career, I have focused on optimizing asset visibility, strengthening compliance and audit readiness, and improving operational efficiency through practical, scalable ITAM governance frameworks.
