Christine currently leads the Contracts and Vendor Management function at ABC Supply Co. Inc. Since January 2021, she has been managing a diverse portfolio of IT vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. Her responsibilities encompass contract negotiation, performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and relationship management. Christine has successfully led contract lifecycle activities, directly contributing to cost savings, and developed training materials to standardize processes around Statements of Work. She regularly collaborates with legal, risk, and IT security teams while engaging stakeholders across the organization. Previously, Christine held roles such as Sr. IT Project Manager at Walgreens, where she managed large-scale technology projects, and Manager of Applications Development at SC Johnson, overseeing software implementations and global initiatives. Her earlier roles also include strategic leadership positions at Claire’s Inc., Cabela’s, and McHenry County Government, focusing on project management, business analysis, and IT service delivery. Christine’s extensive experience spans cross-functional team leadership, vendor negotiations, and IT project execution across multiple industries.
